The name you select must not be deceptively similar to any existing corporation in the state of incorporation. In Delaware, the name of your corporation must include one of the following words: Association, Company, Corporation, Club, Foundation, Fund, Incorporated, Institute, Limited, Society, Syndicate, Union, or abbreviations thereof with or without punctuation, for example: Co., Corp., CORP, Inc., INC, or Ltd.
Choosing a Delaware LLC Name
For a Limited Liability Company set forth it its Certificate of Formation any of these corporate words may be included in the company name, exclusive of the word Incorporated: Company, Association, Club, Foundation, Fund, Institute, Society, Union, Syndicate, Limited, or Trust (or abbreviations of like words). The name may also contain the name of a member or manager.
The following company words or abbreviation must be included in the company name: Limited Liability Company, L.L.C., or LLC.
